The Keeper® Performance Engineered® 13 ft. Tow Rope is designed for roadside emergencies and recoveries. Featuring an abrasion-resistant diamond braided polypropylene rope that helps absorb towing jerks and forged snap hooks. A safety latch is also included.

This tow rope is safe to use as shown, it will tighten down once under tension of several hundred pounds.
We test tested one from inventory with a similar loose appearance and the point of failure was above the max vehicle weight and not near the location of the loose threads.
